This website and the Stoke Log app is published by Stoke Log LLC. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices related to the use of this website and the Stoke Log app. By using this website and the Stoke Log app you agree to this privacy policy.

Personal Information

This website and the Stoke Log app have no account registration process or need for one. No personally identifiable information is collected, transmitted, or stored as a result of your use of this website. The Stoke Log app stores all user entered data on the user's device (typically an iPhone). The Stoke Log app does not require or use an internet connection or other external interface for its own use, except as described in Purchase Information. The Stoke Log app does not collect for later use or transmit any user identifiable information off of the user’s device, except as described in Purchase Information.

Location Information

Location information is included as user entered data solely at the discretion of the user. Location information is not used by the Stoke Log app other than for the user's use of that information.

Purchase Information

The Stoke Log app uses the App Store® for purchases and subscriptions, and as such requires an internet connection and specific user information as may be required by the App Store to to complete the purchase or subscription transaction. That information is not stored or otherwise used by the Stoke Log app. The Stoke Log app periodically receives purchase and subscription status information from the App Store to validate paid use features of the app.

Links

The Stoke Log app allows users to enter links to websites as user entered data; this data is only contained within the app itself and is not collected in any way. Other website links may be provided in the StokeLog app solely for information purposes. Stoke Log LLC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those other websites.

Usage Information

Stoke Log LLC may collect anonymous usage, diagnostic, and analytics data from the Stoke Log app for the purpose of understanding use and improving the app. Because we do not collect personal information, information can not be linked to a particular user. Information and text from the Links and Notes fields in the Stoke Log app are never included in usage data. 

Exceptions
This privacy policy does not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Stoke Log LLC, including but not limited to feature requests and feedback, sent using the Contact information or any other means. All unsolicited information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute to others without limitation or attribution.
